Contrary to rumors of my demise

Contrary to rumors of my demise
I have moved, refreshed a new abode, and revised my working spaces to be more productive.

2018 is already packed with good things finished and many more to accomplish.

January-March got me pretty well settled in Atlanta where I now have a functioning art room for painting and another for jewelry, my tiny clothespin dolls, card and magnet making, a sewing machine set up for working on aprons and various other artistic endeavors as they call me to “come play” – “come play”.

What I am lacking is a housekeeper, a cook, a chauffeur and a secretary/business manager. I feel sure if I had those chores covered I wouldn’t be so short on art time 🙂 Sound familiar?

The end of June is near and I have been working non-stop getting ready to be the “Featured Artist” during July at the Art League of Hilton Head Island. Web Mistress Heidi will publish photos after I get the show up on the walls so you can all share this achievement with me.

Please come by July 2 – 28th if you are in the vicinity.

I promise to do a better job of staying in touch. When I paint you are all in my thoughts. As we go through these weird troubled times of rampant racism and scorched earth policies it is more important than ever to embrace each other and the things that unite us.

More from HHI, South Carolina – in July. Samantha
